11. Client’s Right to Opt Out: Clients have the right to opt out of the agreed-upon terms at any time. However, opting out will result in a charge of 10,000 PHP per social media account that was created and set up by Geeky Digital Marketing.
12. Payment Terms: All charges and fees associated with opting out will be invoiced and are payable within 30 days from the date of invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees and legal action.
13. Service Termination: Geeky Digital Marketing reserves the right to terminate its services for any client at its discretion, with or without cause, subject to applicable laws and regulations. Termination of services will result in the immediate revocation of access to any accounts created and managed by Geeky Digital Marketing.
